Basic Qualifications
Prior experience in one or more of the following: Planning, implementing, testing, documenting, or
maintaining solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS
components, elements, subsystems and/or systems.
Prior experience with establishing functional and technical specifications and standards, solving
hardware/software interface problems, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring integration of the
entire system or subsystem.
Knowledge and ability to demonstrate the use of root cause analysis tools.

This position requires a self-motivated individual driven to improve manufacturing processes and
coordinate producibility issues between Technical Operations and Production operations. Duties
include:
Working with operators to ensure work instructions are accurate and adequate to yield high quality
products. Identify and provide necessary justification for new equipment to improve existing processes
or provide new capabilities.
