REALIZATION, INSIGHT AND LEARNINGS

What are your expectations to the CWTS Course?
Student’s Answer:

As I take the CWTS course, I expect to gain improvement and knowledge that will help me more
develop what I have learned from the NSTP course, which has improved my physical, emotional,
and spiritual state, embedding the morals and values of Filipinos. I may experience stress, fatigue,
or even failure through adolescence, but these are experiences where I learn from, especially now
in college. This course will help my potentialities and abilities develop into something productive,
creating different platforms and programs that will help the adopted barangay provide necessities
and needs in their everyday lives. This subject is a prerequisite for completing my units in college
to achieve my dream career, a Civil Engineer. As time passes, I’ll expect that I will find the worth
of every opportunity offered to my developing skills and capabilities, manifesting a safer and
more convenient environment and society where equalities are present.

This course is another golden opportunity to improve my leadership skills related to the
knowledge and experience that I will have after or while taking this course. Also, the skills
provided by this course will help me balance and manage my time in different fields or roles
improving my prospects. Also, I have always dreamt of being a leader wherein everyone will be
treated equally and able to listen to their needs and what I can do as an officer. I feel connected
with this course because I know that this will be my opportunity to enhance and improve my
skills. I will be able to perform values and morals through this course that can be essential to the
youth like us as we are considered to be a chance of change in the community and the whole
world, reaching the SDG goals by 2030. shall be establishing patriotism and service principles in
myself, and I will strive to become a better person. I would like to be a responsible and concerned
citizen. Furthermore, the program tries to improve the youth's self-esteem providing active
engagement in the nation’s well-being, a pathway for me to realize my potentials, such as being
goal-oriented and determined. As it is a prerequisite for all college courses, I must demonstrate
leadership and social abilities and attain my goal. Amid the epidemic, I know that completing a
task is nearly impossible due to several factors, such as family problems and personal problems.
Moreover, learning and applying CWTS will give me an excellent opportunity to use what I have
learned and add different experiences by taking advantage of the rapidly evolving technology.

I am looking forward to the day when I will apply my talents and qualifications to this program.
Furthermore, this is an opportunity to demonstrate my art of collaboration, trying freely toward
collective goals while identifying potentials, capabilities, and weaknesses. This Itinerary will put
my patience and forbearance to the test concerning the activities that the teacher will provide.
