1. ANALYZE
A. How do the school campus and the classroom in particular impact the learning of the students
going to school or attending virtual classes?
The effect of a classroom on the student is that they will have the appetite to attend especially if its
facilities are in order and the environment is not dirty. And also students will be encouraged to
attend by doing a motivational activity related to their lecture.
B. How does this relate to your knowledge of child and adolescent development and facilitating
learning?
Outside the classroom, students use display boards to promote clubs, recognize athletics
and display art projects. The purpose of the display board in that context is to catch the
viewer's attention and explain what was performed and what was learned.
D. Did the display design reflect the likes or interests of its target audience? Why? Why not?
Yes it is, because educators should strive to create bulletin boards that introduce new concepts in an
exciting way. Bulletin boards appeal to the visual side of learning for students.
Since we just started observing, I can say very little, regarding my comment on the way my
cooperating teacher teaches, it's good because it gives detailed information to students. for
students, some are a bit shy when it comes to answering, others use a chat box.

2. REFLECT
A. Would you like to teach in the school environment you just observed? Why or why not?
Yes, even though I was just starting out, I would have liked to teach there because I know in myself
that I will learn a lot from my cooperating teacher and I will not have any difficulty adjusting,
especially to the lesson plan that will be used.
Ideal Classroom Climate Conductive To Learning: The ideal classroom is a positive place where a
student can come to work toward specific goals set before them in the class objectives. The teacher
is to be positive, organized, outgoing, confident, and compassionate.
A positive classroom environment helps improve attention, reduce anxiety, and supports emotional
and behavioral regulation of students. When educators foster a positive learning culture; learners
are more likely to acquire higher motivation that leads to wonderful learning outcomes.
E. Name at least five skills that a teacher should have to be able to come up with effective board
displays. Elaborate your answer.
Leadership skills can also be helpful in the classroom. Teachers will need to lead their classrooms,
keeping their students engaged and interested. Patience is crucial when working as a teacher. In

addition to being a role model to teach patience to students, being patient can help teachers meet
their students where they’re at academically. Different students learn differently, making creativity
an important teaching skill. Some lessons can also be more difficult to teach and creativity can help
students maintain interest in the lesson. In today’s technical times, having some comfort with using
computers is important. Many lessons are taught using computers or videos and having the ability
to troubleshoot and run these programs is useful. And also Problem-solving or conflict resolution
skills can also be helpful in the educational environment. Teachers may need to manage conflict
between students, other teachers, or even during parent-teacher meetings.
F. Which skills you named do you have already? Did you ever try to make a board display? How do
you practice these skills?
I think the skill that I have as an effective teacher is patience and creativity, because of this, students
will be even more enticed to come in and listen to the time or day of teaching.
G. Which skills do you need to develop? What concrete steps will you take on how you can
improve on or acquire these skills?
I think being a good leader. I tell myself that I can't call myself a good leader because I still lack
knowledge when it comes to teaching techniques.
