Explanation :
Meaning to say Physical Fitness refers to the capacity of
an individual to complete and effectively and efficiently
his daily activities and task without endure fatigue and
still has extra energy to do recreational activities.

which is the Cardiovascular, Strength, Agility, Flexibility,
Speed, Power, Balance and Coordination.

some athlete good in Football, Badminton and Ice Hockey

movements together with the senses, such as using the

the Body Mass Index (BMI) and the weight circumference
of the individual who will perform such should be
