i) Client must be supply all local goods.

ii) All Civil /glass cutting/heavy metal cutting work must be done by the Factory Owner.
iii) Vat and Tax excluding from this Offer.
If the Client does not supply Raw Materials in proper time according to the contractor demand then the
iv) contractor will add extra labor charge.

PAYMENT:
i) 60% Advance after Signing of Work Order.
ii) 30 % in the middle of the work
iii) 10% after Commissioning
