Electrical Cable trailing on wet roadway and Steel Bars,
No Flag man in Place to control Vehicle Moment, No
Pedestrians walkway, poor housekeeping.
Control Measure: Material must be store in designated

and other related Electrical hazards.
Flag man must provided for safe movement of vehicles.
Pedestrians Walkway must separated from roadways
proper signage with speed limit and hard barricade
must be in place for safe entry and exit of workers.
Housekeeping must be maintain to avoid slip trips and
fire.
