Each group shall select one of the two suggested firms, as mentioned in the table below.

Then they
will analyze the social media strategy for that company and assess consistency with other marketing
communication platforms. They can keep the following questions as guidelines (these questions are
not to be answered):
 What social medium (media) are deployed?
 What is the impact of the social media platform relative to brand
identity/brand resonance?
 Is there a clear connection to the other business marketing communications
strategies? Support.
 What recommendations would you offer the firm as they continue to adapt
their social media platform?
