Answer :
1) Complaint I : Wrong order number of invoice
CS : Morning sir. Can I help you?
Andi : Hello, good morning I want to complaint about my invoice
CS : Alright right, what thing is it?
Andi : when I order 5 motherboard for ASUS, but the invoice give me 10
pieces motherboard, so there are any different.
CS : I’m realy sorry about that, sir. I will contact Supervisor Opration
division to fix it and the real one will send as soon as possible.
Andi : Oh.. Okay. Don’t worry about that
CS : Anything else, Sir?
Andi : No
CS : Okey, sir. Thank you for calling us and we will fix you complaint
immediately.

2) Complaint II : Wrong number of tax ID


CS : Morning sir. Can I help you?
Bagas : Hello, good morning I want to complaint about my tax id
CS : Alright right, what thing is it?
Bagas : when I see it, I think the number of tax id is wrong, my number
of tax id are 5757, not 6767. So please fix it
CS : I’m realy sorry about that, sir. I will contact admin division to
fix it and the real one will send as soon as possible.
Bagas : Oh.. Okay. I will wait as soon as possible
CS : Anything else, Sir?
Bagas : No
CS : Okey, sir. Thank you for calling us and we will fix you
complaint immediately.

3) Complaint III : The order never comes


Bagas : Hello, Good morning
CS : Morning sir. Can I help you?
Bagas : Sure, I want to complain, why hasn't my order arrived yet?
CS : Wait sir I will check the order, Name sir,please
Bagas : Bagas,
CS : I’m realy sorry about that, sir. because the items ordered are
still in the packaging stage, we will immediately follow up.
Bagas : Oh.. Okay. I will wait as soon as possible
CS : Okey, sir. Thank you for calling us and we will fix you
complaint immediately.

4) Complaint IV : The Quality of order not has standard


Bagas : Hello, Good morning
CS : Morning sir. Can I help you?
Bagas : Sure, I want to complain, Why is the laptop I ordered in a
damaged condition?
CS : Oh I’m really sorry about that sir, You can return it to us at the
nearest outlet. and we will give you a refund.
Bagas : Okay, I will come to outlet tomorrow
CS : Okey, sir. Thank you for calling us

5) Complaint V : Data transaction is not recorded


Bagas : Hello, Good morning
CS : Morning sir. Can I help you?
Bagas : Sure, I want to complain, my data transaction is not recorded
CS : Wait sir I will check it

CS : I’m realy sorry about that, sir. Because the system is still having
problems, we will follow up soon
