How can schools best identify students with mild to moderate mental health
needs, and what role can early intervention play in preventing escalation?
I. Rationale
Adolescents nowadays are much focused on social media, and as
we all know, social media has a negative impact on everyone because
they believe what they see. As a result, it can cause a slew of
insecurities and problems, which can lead to mental illness. This study
is being carried out because prevention and early intervention in
mental health could help reduce the incidence, prevalence, and
recurrence of mental health disorders, as well as the disability
associated with them.
III. Hypothesis
If promotion, prevention, and early intervention strategies are
implemented, it is possible that students' health and well-being will
improve the most. Furthermore, screening strategies and early
detection interventions may enable more effective healthcare
pathways by intervening long before health problems worsen or occur.
V. Procedure
A simple search of information was carried out using online
databases (Web of Knowledge and Scopus), using a mixture of key
phrases describing the clinical staging, prevention, and early
interventions in students.
