1. Adjacent waterways shall be re-routed.
2. Shall berm a soil and gravel mix beside the creek walls to prevent
accumulation.
3. Waterways shall be cleared of any obstruction to maintain flow.
4. Shall berm soil of an estimated height of 6M at 45deg. angle beside the
leaning sheet pile to hold and prevent collapse.
5. Shall press berm with excavator bucket to ensure stability prior to access of

Emergency FIRE – When a fire occur, take the following action:
Procedures 1. Evacuate immediately at the closest exit.
2. When leaving the building, close all windows and doors. This will stop the
spread of fire.
3. If you encounter smoke, drop down to the floor and stay low until you
reach the exit.
4. When evacuating the building, always use the stairs, never use the elevator,
because power could be lost, trapping you on the floor of the fire.
5. If physically impaired, know your places of refuge. Please list places of
refuge for Physically Impaired personnel.
6. Meet a designated area, which should be at least 50 feet from building. Fill
in designated assembly area.

ACCIDENT – when an accident occur, take the following action:


1. Call emergency hotline immediately
2. Avoid leaving injured person(s) except to summon help.
3. Do not move the injured person(s).
4. Render First aid or CPR if you are trained and feel comfortable doing so.
5. Protect yourself before and after rendering assistance.
