SCHEDULE-A (LUMPSUM WORKS)
Design, Engineering, Architectural Planning, preparing
construction and fabrication drawings, submission of design
reports, supply, fabrication, painting, transportation, unloading at
site, erection & handing over Pre Engineered Storage Shed of
size 45m x 60m including Transfer of Rights to NPCIL for
implementing any number of repetitions of the building all as per
the detailed scope of work defined under tender specifications &
drawings and as directed by the NPCIL Engineer.
Note:
1. Rate includes carrying out survey of the area including drawing
plot plans, ground spot levels in 5.0 M X 5.0 M grid pattern and
1 preparing comprehensive survey drawings in AUTOCAD format Each 2
etc. as per the standard survey methodology and direction of
NPCIL Engineer.
2. Rate also includes engagement of proof consultant of reputed
Govt. college for vetting the design of structures under the scope
of this contract.
3. Allowable bearing capacity to be adopted is indicated under
Section V of the tender document.
4. All steel columns, beams, rafters, purlins etc. shall be made of
Pre-Engineered steel sections made of min 6mm thick plates duly
painted with epoxy coating of 300 micron thickness and one coat
of compatible primer.

1 EARTHWORK
Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass,
brushwood, trees and saplings of girth up to 60 cm measured at
1.1 sqm 4700
a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to
a distance of 1000 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic
excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth,
1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and

disposal of excavated earth lead upto 1500 m and lift upto 1.5 m,
as directed as per specifications and directions of Engineer in
charge.
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in layers not
exceeding 20cm in depth: consolidating each deposited layer by
1.3 cum 4297
rolling, ramming and watering. The soil is to be used from project
premised with max. lead of 1.5km.
