1. Why did you become an entrepreneur?

It all started with simple passion, and I find that I should invest in my equipment and
I have to engage marketing correctly, to recoup the expenses especially used in my tools.
Because the business that I entered needs big money and investment. That is why I pushed
myself to engage in the market.

2. How would you describe your business?

For sure, right now I am now a full-time business and started my shop. Unlike
before, I started as a freelancer – like just entering under in other businesses, to be specific
a worker in another tattoo shop. Moreover, now I am the owner, the one who manages,
also it is me who does all the work. And basically, this is my business.

III. REFLECTIONS

After speaking with a young entrepreneur, we’ve learned that starting a business is
not a quick and easy decision, but rather a process that involves taking risks. It will all begin
by purchasing the resources required to properly construct your want shop, one step at a
time. Considering that Mr. Calsado began his career as an employee at another tattoo shop
before opening his own, he had a foundation in fine arts before it and he began to enjoy
tattooing with passion. Because of the savings he acquired while working as an employee,
he began to consider starting a business with his own money. The riskiest decision he made
was to take a chance and establish a business rather than continue his education. He's also
thinking about starting a clothing line soon in addition to his tattoo business. Rather than
adhering to one sort of business, making a well-balanced decision and researching the
possibility of beginning additional businesses can be beneficial to our future goals as
potential entrepreneurs.
