The referenced forms are incuded in and controlled by the referenced document. Therefore, the latest revis
at the time of initiation of the ITP, will be utilized. the referenced forms will be included only during ITP rev
issue for contruction (IFC)

2 This ITP shall be used as Inspection and Test Plan before execution of the job, where as during and after

H: Hold Point: A mandatoty inspection point and work shall not proceed without the presence of a represen

w: witness Inspection point: Designated witnaess points for the Involved personnel which are required to be

event that the Company Inspector dose not attend within an agreed period the work may proceed. In suc

notificatiom the vendor/contractor. In the event Company Inspector does not attend within an agreed per
