INTRODUCTION OF COMPANY

Zeenath travel and tours has registered in Kuala Lumpur on 18 February 2011 as an inbound and ticketing agent
under the permission of Kementerian Pelancongan Malaysia. Zeenath Travel & Tours is a registered and
licensed Travel Agency in Kuala Lumpur with over 10 years of experience in handling thousands of happy
customers for various travel and tours services. We are a licensed Travel agency by the Malaysian Tourism
Ministry “Kementerian Pelancongan Malaysia” to provide Inbound Travel services for tourist from all over the
world and Malaysians as well. Travel agency is service of serving people with all kind of traveling packages such
as holiday packages, family packages, emergency traveling, honeymoon packages and also renewing visa and
etc. Travel agency make costumers choice easier by serving them by many types of packages according to their
needs and wants by advising them to make clear about the packages.

services locally and international

QUESTION & ANSWER

1. Roslina : Assalamualaikum and hye Mr. Muhaimeen, hope you safe and fine at there. First of all thank
you for give your time for make it this interview, really appreciate it.

2. Mr. Muhaimeen : Waalaikumsalam Miss Ros, Alhamdulillah I’m all good and hope you too, No problem
and it’s my pleasure.

3. Roslina : Alhamdulillah, So before i start with my first questions can you tell me about your business and
what you are doing all please.

Mr. Muhaimeen : Yeah sure, First of all this business Director is my Mother & Father and now I am handle
it as well, this business basically about travels agency which is we provide all the ticket domestic for
travels inside Malaysia, outside country, Visa application and renewal and hotels booking for
international/ worldwide as well.

4. Roslina : Ouh i see nice to know about you and your company so let’s start with my first question which
is What is the impact/ effect on your business?

Mr. Muhaimeen : The impact on my business is well we all know since the pandemic started no one is
able to travel and it is the prohibited act in the whole wide world and it had affected us a lot in term of
business because in Malaysia the economy is purely dependent on tourism and it is one of the major
contributors in terms of economy. My company is also dependent om the tourism and when it was
prohibited it had affected us a lot in term of capital, staff, management and many more aspects.

5. Roslina : Effect to your large time ?

Mr. Muhaimeen : The effect on large time which I can say is our office is no longer available and we gave
it back to the property owner since there was no income for nearly 2 years and we are dependent on our
savings and we couldn’t pay more capital to the unopened office and also the staff we already stop their
contract due to unable to pay their salary.

6. Roslina ; What the effect to mind and body?

Mr. Muhaimeen : The effects on my mind and body are I use to overthink since there is no business and
also income. I also have faced depression and anxiety due to staying at home and you can feel your
saving is slowly decreasing and you couldn’t help yourself except to accept the reality. To overcome this,
I use to work-out like jogging and also do workout at home to make myself feel better and to overcome
stress which is very important in human life to manage stress if not it will be very dangerous up to suicidal
thoughts.

7. Roslina : What is the effect of their family ?

The effect on my family is we all in the same boat is this business is a family business and we all are in
stress and depression and sometimes as we all know there will be some disputes and arguments
between family due to depression and what we can do is we can give them moral support and support
each other by make them believe the good time will come back and we need to stay strong each other
by supporting each other

8. Roslina : Other effect that maybe you want share ?

Mr. Muhaimeen : Nothing, because i already tell you before so as that’s the only that effect myself and
my family.

9. Roslina : In term of you point of your point of view what are the thing to do for a society who that quickly
discouraged and unable to do things in good way.

To the people who feel down, I just want to say don’t give up and don’t feel like you lost the journey in
your life and I do understand sometimes we feel lost and feel like giving up and that is part of life and we
all have experience that. Just keep believing that the good times are coming in our way and never stop
working hard on your dreams even though you feel like the world is falling apart

10. Roslina : How you overcome with all the problem you face it ?

Mr. Muhaimeen : The way I overcome all the problem is as I said before keep believing on yourself and
be patience and keep knowing that good things take time. I personally one to tell each and every
individual out there to be happy and talk to someone if u face depression in this way you feel better by
sharing your story to someone. Thank you and good luck everyone.

CONCLUSION

As we all know Covid-19 is a virus that change our life and give big effect in our lifestyle and also the outbreak
of the COVID - 19 virus poses an unprecedented major challenge to the economy and society. The global
economy faces the greatest danger since the financial crisis. Containing the epidemic and protecting the public
is a priority. Zeenath Travel Company is also the only company that has been involved in losing its own company
store but still has not given up and continues to fight for its company name and continue their lives continuously
with this covid-19 endemic in a safe way in their place.
