A. INTRODUCTION
The apartment being located in the prime location of CBD in the city centre and in
transit zone, many builders have approached Ojas apartment with the proposal of
redevelopment. But some of the residents are against the redevelopment plan which
led to dispute between the residents.
None of the drawings, sections, elevations or floor plans were received from the Ojas
apartment and thus sketches were prepared according to the measurements taken
during the survey.
General Methodology:
For the visual inspection of the building, the following SOP/methodology was adopted:
