SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS IN THE

BANGSAMORO GOVERNMENT CENTER

After Sales service support warranty offered by Silver Hammer Construction & Supplies (SHCS)
for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Solar Street Lights in the Bangsamoro Government
Center in Cotabato City.

I. GENERAL CONDITIONS
SHCS guarantees to supply spare parts and provide services in repairing or replacing the following
solar products of the above stated project, after the end of ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY based on the
following conditions:

a. PARTS SUPPORT
Silver Hammer Construction & Supplies guarantees to quote and supply repairable or replaceable
parts/unit within the scope of Installation of Solar Streetlights Project at Procuring Entity’s cost.
Any expenses arising from product maintenance repair or replaced by SHCS shall be borne by the
Procuring Entity.

b. COST OF SERVICES
If the goods installed is considered to be serviceable outside the Warranty Scope, at Procuring
Entity’s request and costs, SHCS will provide quotation stating the details and cost of services
which are needed to carry out to remedy defects.
