SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That I, JANE RUTH ANTOLIN PAGUIBITAN married to GREGORIO PAGUIBITAN of legal age, Filipino
citizen, and residents of Brgy. San Matias, Laoag City do hereby name constitute, and appoint
ROSEBELLA A. DOMINGSIL and/or JOWENA D. ANTOLIN both single, of legal age, Filipino citizens, and
residents of Brgy. San Matias Laoag City to be my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name place
and intend to wit:

1. To represents us in all matters pertaining to the sales of a portion of a parcel of land located at San
Matias, Laoag City consisting of 150 square meters designated as lot no. 23312-A-6 covered by transfer
certificate of Title No. T-40540

2. To sign for and in my own behalf the deed of absolute sale in favor of the buyer; and

3. To make sign, and execute any document or writing which maybe necessary in order to carry out the
purposes for which I am appointing my attorney in fact.

4. Hereby giving and granting unto the said attorney in fact full power and authority whatsoever
requisite or necessary or proper to done in and about the premises as fully to all intense and purposes
as I might or could lawfully to do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my
said attorney in fact shall lawfully do or cause and by virtue of this presents.
