2019 SEARCH FOR OUTSTANDING TEACHERS

To: All Teachers of Genablan Oriental Elementary School

1. Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 190, s. 2019 known as 2019 National Teachers’ Month
and National Teachers’ Day/ World Teachers’ Day Celebration, Genablan Oriental Elementary
School in partnership with General Parents – Teachers Association (GPTA) and Supreme Pupils
Government (SPG), will conduct the 2019 Search for Outstanding Teachers.
2. This activity aims to:
A. Acknowledge and honor the meritorious performance of teachers in their field of work;
B. Give emphasis on the crucial role, service, and dedicated commitment of teachers in
developing globally – minded citizens, nurturing families and strengthening communities
and building the nation; and
C. Express gratitude for the positive influence of teachers on learners.
3. All interested teachers are advised to be present at School Head’s office at 8:00 am of October
1, 2020 for the conduct of interview and screening of pertinent papers. The results for 2019
Search for Outstanding Teachers will be announced on the School – based Teachers’ Day
Celebration on October 4, 2020.
4. Enclosed is the criteria and the specific points assigned for each criterion to assess and evaluate
the pertinent papers of the teachers.
5. Immediate dissemination and compliance of this memorandum is desired.
