Submission Guidelines

Track A: 3D Modeling and Printing

Things to be submitted:

● SketchFab link containing the stl file of the 3D model.

● Prototype sketches, drawings.
● App layout (necessary iff solution includes developing an app, basic pen
and paper layout will do)
● Presentation (Max 7 slides) enlisting
○ Team name, member details
○ Problem statement
○ Solution overview
○ Detailed working
○ Uniqueness of solution
Upload all these in a google drive folder(keep editing permissions on for
everyone with the link) and provide the link as and when the submission form is
provided to team leaders.

Track B: Analytics using Python

Expected files:
1. Code file (.ipynb)
2. PDF file of code
3. PPT
4. 1 or 2 page write up

Presentation (Max 7 slides) enlisting

● Team name, member details
● Problem statement
● Solution overview
● Detailed working
● Uniqueness of solution

File should be save “trackname_Teamname_filename”

Eg. B_novoice.ppt
How to submit prototype using Github

1. Download the .ipynb or .py file from colab or any other editor you are using.
2. Convert it into .pdf
3. Create an account on Github
4. Login to GitHub account
5. Create a new repository by clicking on the “New” option
6. Give repository name

7. Make it public
8. Click on Add a README file
9. Click on create the repository
10. Below Screen appears
11. Edit README.md add your project description.
12. Click on commit
13. To upload your files (PPT, PDF file, .ipynb/py file) click on “Add file” and upload it
14. Add “redx@welingkarmail.org” as a collaborator. Use the following steps to do that.
- navigate to the main page of the repository and click on settings
- Then click on the manage access option on the left-hand side
- Add redx@welingkarmail.org by clicking on “add people”

Track C: Data Visualization
Things to be submitted:

Tableau project file (.tbwb extension)

Presentation (Max 7 slides) enlisting

● Team name, member details
● Problem statement
● Solution overview
● Detailed working
● Uniqueness of solution

everyone with the link) and provide the link as and when the submission form is
provided to team leaders.

Track D: AR/VR
Things to be submitted:

You need to create following files

● Unity project file
● .apk file
● Cospaces file (if any)
● Video of final working application

● Team name, member details
● Problem statement
● Solution overview
● Detailed working
● Uniqueness of solution

Upload all these in a google drive folder(keep editing permissions on for

everyone with the link) and provide the link as and when the submission form is
