Intermediate Steps Over the Next Five Years to Reach My Goal

Try to set two or three short term goals (i.e. those in the next 2 years) and
the remainder for the medium term (following 3 years)
.My short term goal is to improve my maths and english so that i can
Year One move up to the next course then move up to the next level course i will do
this by studying my maths, english and ICT by trying my best handining in
the work in time before its due and keeping myself organised and doing
the work that is required to be done in the lesson. this year i am 16 and
doing level 2 course
My second year is when i'm on the level 3 ICT course and learn new
Year Two things about computers all the parts of a computer this year im hoping i
have met my requirement to do my level 3 ict course by passing level 2 as
well as getting the proper maths and english grade to do this course
My short term goal is to pass the course and go to university and do my
level 4 ICT so that way I can get a degree in ICT and work with a
comp[nay that involves computers like fixing them.
My next short term goal is to maybe get a job with a company in
computers whilst I am doing a bit of university. This year I will be 17 and
doing my level 3 course.
In my third year i will be looking for a full time job in ICT by starting off with
Year Three smaller companies and work my way up to bigger companies this gives
me time to learn new things what i need to know and maybe work my way
up to computer manager for bigger companies
My short term goal for this is to look for popular companies to work with
who have lots of customers to help if they need help with anything that is
wrong with their computer. in the 3rd year i will be 18/19 going to
university and studying my level 4
In my fourth year I would be hopefully working with a company I'm happy
Year Four with full time and working my way up to computer manager by working
hard and doing everything that I'm told to do. here i will be 21
My short term goal here would be to get to the highest position I can
before I become a computer manager. This would give me an experience
of what's expected as a high position, which will give me an idea how
much work is expected to be done.

In my 5th year I would have been experienced enough to get to my

Year Five position knowing a lot of things about computers and how they work if
there are any problems with them breaking knowing all the parts how they
work and what their function is in the computer.
which is what i'll know as well how its all connected up.

Personal Development Objectives to Meet My Goals

(what do I need to do to get where I want to be?)
i will revise for my maths and english exam as well as my ICT exam so that i can pass
level 2 and move on to level 3 i will also make notes in lessons so that they are there to
be revised when the exams are coming up i will then use these notes and keep going
back through them when revising for my exam.

How can others help me accomplish these objectives?
