PURPOSE OF The Manager/Senior Manager of the Search Buying team leads a team of
ROLE executives assigned to a portfolio of GroupM Agency’s clients while
activating Search Ads working across a range of diverse, well-known
brands, and delivering high quality Search marketing campaigns.
The following are the responsibilities of the GroupM Services Buying Team
(Search) and the varying degree of complexity is subject to individual job
level:
• Deep understanding of all GroupM Agencies deliverables and
campaign KPIs.
• Developing solutions across media behaviors and how target
audience interacts with Search touchpoints (i.e. Google, Microsoft
GroupM Services Advertising, Amazon, eCommerce Platforms)
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and identify opportunities to improve and enhance clients’
campaigns and advise GroupM Agencies accordingly
• Proactively address, and when needed escalate, any issue that
compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables
• Ensure cluster team understands and comply with finance process
(i.e. optimization requirements and schedule updates), GroupM
policies and procedures
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by demonstrating openness
to new ideas and interest in learning from colleagues with different
expertise.
• Organize and drive knowledge share and understanding of new
trends and technologies across Search activation
