1. The Schools Division of Ilocos Sur is committed to ensure safe educational

continuity amidst the challenges of COVID-19. Provision of Leaning
opportunities encompasses responsibility to ensure the safe return to schools
and offices.
2. This office is mandated to adopt the DepEd Order No.014 s. 2020 re:
Guidelines on the Required Health Standards in the Basic Education
Offices and Schools. In this regard, the Schools Governance and Operations
Division particularly the School Health Section shall conduct monitoring and
evaluation on the compliance of schools to the said guidelines and technical
assistance on the implementation of the other Learner Support Programs such
as Ok sa DepEd Programs. The said activity aims to assess the schools’
readiness for this School Year 2020-2021.
3. Attached is the schedule of monitoring and team composition.
4. Travel expenses of the monitoring team shall be charged against
SDHCP/SBFP/MOOE Fund.

accommodating visitors and/or
clients.

1. In line with the previously posted schedule on the conduct of Monitoring and
Evaluation of the Schools and Governance and Operations Division, this office is
hereby informed of the possible changes of schedule as the need arises.
