1. While performing the sports, the specific skills or movements I think will help me build the four (4) components of HRF are balancing,
running, jumping, catching, hopping and throwing.
2. This sports activity can help enhance my health-related fitness and achieve a balance and total fitness by doing some endurance and
aerobic activities like jogging, biking and walking.
3. Among these activities, walking and jogging suit the needs of my family in terms of HRF. This can be applicable to anyone in my as
long as they are willing to do so.
