“SINING-SKWELA” Art Contest

1. Traditional Art

Criteria:
35% - Creativity and Originality
30% - Professional Quality (Neatness and craft)
20% - Relevance to the theme
15% - Number of reactions on Facebook

Guidelines:
 There should only be one (1) entry per department.
 The entry must be in line with the theme “Ligtas na Balik-Eskwela, Abot Kaya!
Sama-sama, laban sa Pandemya!”
 Entries must be done in ¼ illustration board (landscape/portrait) and in any
traditional medium of your choice.
 Entries must not contain any violence, profanity, religious or cultural
intolerance, racism, gender discrimination, and/or illegal actions or language.
 Entries should be originally made. Any acts of plagiarism are prohibited.
Violation of this rule will be subject to disqualification.
 Create a 2-3 sentences caption for your entry.
 Contest venue will be in Room 7, Tubod College at exactly 1pm.

2. Digital Art

Criteria:
35% - Creativity and Originality

 Entries may be done in any digital application.

 Entries must be in A3 size (Landscape/Portrait) 300px Resolution and in JPEG or
PNG format.
 For verification purposes, a time lapse video recording of the participant
creating the poster is required. Non-compliance will be subject to
disqualification.
 Entries must not contain any violence, profanity, religious or cultural
intolerance, racism, gender discrimination, and/or illegal actions or language.
 Entries should be originally made. Any acts of plagiarism are prohibited.
Violation of this rule will be subject to disqualification.

“TC’S NEXT TOP MODEL”

35% - Adherence to the Department Icon
20% - Visual Impact
15% - Number of reactions on Facebook

Guidelines:

 There should only be one (1) entry per department.


 The model must be featuring his/her Department Icon (Golden Phoenix, Red
Dragon, Blue Dolphin, Black Panther, Mud Bulls)
 The Department Icon shall be created by the students of the Department only using
ANY RECYCLED MATERIALS.
 Revealing outfit are prohibited, such as see-through, bikini, or any outfit that may
violate community guidelines.
 Photo enhancement is allowed (adjusting brightness or exposure, etc.)
 Entries must be submitted in JPEG or PNG format.
 The participant must submit Three (3) pictures: 2 Medium Close-up, 1 whole body.
 For verification purposes, a time lapse video recording of the participant creating
their avant-garde is required to be submitted together with the pictures. Non-
compliance will be subject to disqualification.
 Create a 2-3 sentences caption for your entry.

January 26, 2021 (Wednesday)

“TULARAWAN” Photo-Poem Contest

Criteria:

20% - Interpretation of the photo through poetry
15% - Photo Quality
15% - Number of reactions on Facebook

Guidelines:

 There should be two (2) entries per department.


 The entry must be in line with the theme “Ligtas na Balik-Eskwela, Abot Kaya! Sama-
sama, laban sa Pandemya!”
 The entries to be submitted should be an image/photo (JPEG or PNG format) taken
by a mobile phone/cellphone with a corresponding poem caption/description.
 The poem caption/description may be in English, Tagalog, or Bisaya.
 The poem must be at least 3 stanzas long.
 Entries must not contain any violence, profanity, religious or cultural intolerance,
racism, gender discrimination, and/or illegal actions or language.
 Entries should be originally made. Any acts of plagiarism are prohibited. Violation of
this rule will be subject to disqualification.
 Submission of entries will be on January 26, 2021, 8am to 10am. You can submit your

“K-SAYAONE” Dance Cover Contest

Criteria:

35% - Execution/Mastery
30% - Synchronization
20% - Idol Factor
15% - Number of reactions on Facebook

Guidelines:

 There should only be one (1) entry per department.


 Each group must be composed of a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of ten (10)
members – all male, all female, or a combination of both.
 Performance must be 3-5 minutes, depending on the chosen song. One (1) point will
be deducted by each judge for every five (5) seconds short or five (5) seconds
exceeding the time limit.
 Song choice must not be remixed, edited, concert and live performance audio. The
song must be plain and pure K-pop.
 Appropriate clothing must be observed all throughout the competition. Removing
pieces of clothing during the performance is allowed if it is not offensive or out of
character.
 The participants must observe health protocols and other precautionary measures
in filming the video.
 The video must be in mp4 format.
 Video entries must not contain any violence, profanity, religious or cultural
intolerance, racism, gender discrimination, and/or illegal actions or language.

Guidelines:

 There should only be one (1) entry per department.


 Each group must be composed of a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of ten (10)
members – all male, all female, or a combination of both.
 Each group must create a funny impersonation or make a parody of popular music
videos on Youtube.
 Performance must be 3-5 minutes, depending on the chosen song. One (1) point will
be deducted by each judge for every five (5) seconds short or five (5) seconds
exceeding the time limit.
 The participants must observe health protocols and other precautionary measures in
filming the video.
 The video must be in mp4 format.
 Video entries must not contain any violence, profanity, religious or cultural
intolerance, racism, gender discrimination, and/or illegal actions or language.

 The video must be composed of a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of ten (10)
participants.
 The video montage must feature the department in general. Participants must be
able to show their experience as a student of such department and encourage other
people to enroll in their course.

 The video must be at least one (1) minute and must not exceed two (2) minutes and
thirty (30) seconds.
 The participants must observe health protocols and other precautionary measures
in filming the video.
 The video must be in mp4 format.
 Video entries must not contain any violence, profanity, religious or cultural
intolerance, racism, gender discrimination, and/or illegal actions or language.

Guidelines:

 There should only be one (1) entry per department.


 Each participant will select their own piece of song which can be local or
international.
 The song must not exceed five (5) minutes.
 Backup singers or dancers are not allowed.
 The participant will perform in the LCB FM station, which performance shall be
broadcasted via radio and be streamed live on Facebook.
 The participant must dress appropriately.
 The participant must have not joined any regional, national, or international singing
contests.
 Song choice must not contain any violence, profanity, religious or cultural
intolerance, racism, gender discrimination, and/or illegal language.
 Contest proper will be on January 28, 2021, 1pm to 3pm.
