1. Traditional Art
Criteria:
35% - Creativity and Originality
30% - Professional Quality (Neatness and craft)
20% - Relevance to the theme
15% - Number of reactions on Facebook
Guidelines:
There should only be one (1) entry per department.
The entry must be in line with the theme “Ligtas na Balik-Eskwela, Abot Kaya!
Sama-sama, laban sa Pandemya!”
Entries must be done in ¼ illustration board (landscape/portrait) and in any
traditional medium of your choice.
Entries must not contain any violence, profanity, religious or cultural
intolerance, racism, gender discrimination, and/or illegal actions or language.
Entries should be originally made. Any acts of plagiarism are prohibited.
Violation of this rule will be subject to disqualification.
Create a 2-3 sentences caption for your entry.
Contest venue will be in Room 7, Tubod College at exactly 1pm.
2. Digital Art

Entries must be in A3 size (Landscape/Portrait) 300px Resolution and in JPEG or
PNG format.
For verification purposes, a time lapse video recording of the participant
creating the poster is required. Non-compliance will be subject to
disqualification.

intolerance, racism, gender discrimination, and/or illegal actions or language.
