Technical writing is writing that enables users to solve technical and technological issues and a
good skill simplifies everything and makes customers satisfied.
Technical writing helps users of the technological products on how to make use of them for
example the instructions on tooth paste helps users on how to apply the product.
Technical writing requires pure accuracy as poor writing may affect an organisation or even call
for a legal action.
This form of writing equips learners with the skills of high degree analysis and decision making.

This requires one to find the most appropriate message that can attract the attention of the
audience. One need to write as though they were with their audience.
When exposing a piece of writing to the public, one needs to ensure that the message is clear,
vocabulary is precise and grammar is strong and such a writing would impact the audience.

The rule of etiquettes and moral principles are so paramount in the workplace and breaking
such rules may lead to embarrassment in public.
If one continuously ignores the rules of etiquette and morale principles at work, employers will
tend to be reluctant to award promotions to such a person.
