Stage 1: Excitement phase begins with erotic responsiveness, it lasts from several hours, depending on
the nature of the sex play involved

Stage 2:The plateau phase is a continuation and heightening of the arousal that started up the
excitement phases.

A. Discuss the main notions of the RH Law and what are pros and cons of this law that will greatly
impact the Filipino youth. (10 points)

-The government cannot, on the one hand, guarantee the universal basic human right to reproductive
health with its concomitant right to make free and informed decisions, and on the other hand advocate
a policy that tells parents especially women what their choices should be. Such an approach is an
unjustifiable affront to the dignity and capacity of the poor. The bill also claims to give equal importance
to natural and artificial methods of family planning. This claim does not hold. While mention is given to
natural methods of family planning, no funding is provided for the promotion of these methods in the
budgetary provisions of the bill. Natural methods rely on investments in the education of women and
increased knowledge, in order to enable women to manage their health, and make informed decisions
B. Give an example of a cyber-crime and how can you protect yourself from it. (5 points)

-Social Network Fraud It is also a crime to create fake profiles or to send fake messages to other users on
social media. If a user of social media creates a fake profile to impersonate another person, without the
other person’s consent, that action could be criminal. But a crime has only truly been committed if the
fake user has the purpose of causing harm, committing fraud, or intimidating or threatening someone
with the fake profile or fake messages.
