‫زواجهما على ان تكون الشريعة اإلسالمية أساس لزواجهما ولحكم الرباط بينهما‬

‫اقر الطرف األول بقبوله زواجه من الطرف الثاني الحاضرة بمجلس العقد بقولة هل تقبليني زوجا لك على كتاب هللا وسنته ورسوله ؟‬
 ‫فاجابت الطرف الثاني بمجلس هذا العقد قبلت زواجك على كتاب هللا وسنته ورسوله وبحضور الشاهدين‬

‫اتفق الطرفان على انه في حالة حدوث خالف على أي بند من بنود هذا العقد فان قانون الشريعة اإلسالمية هي التي تحكم بنوده‬
