weaknesses, I feel that my management skills could be stronger, and I am constantly working to

4. Tell me about a challenge or conflict you overcame at work. / What is your most
impressive work achievement?
When I was working as an SAP Protege, there was a situation where I had to design a
communication template in only a few days. I was assigned the task of graphic designing for a
new logo of our company for the new communication. By that, I’m using Canva design webpage
to develop my design & my finalize design has been approve with minimum amendment.

Over the next few years, I want to explore and develop skills in managerial department. In
five years, I want to have gained experience in leading projects for my own clients. I will be
