Part I (50%)
PURPOSE
The purpose of this assignment is to enhance learners’ knowledge and understanding
of the macroeconomics policies in a country.

REQUIREMENT
Students are required to choose any ONE country. Identify and explain the current
macroeconomic problems that are faced by the chosen country. Discuss how the
chosen country use the macroeconomic policies to mitigate the macroeconomic
problems. Provide own opinions on the macroeconomic policies undertaken/ proposed
by the chosen country. Students need to apply the relevant economic concepts in the
assignment.

Part II (10%)
ONLINE CLASS PARTICIPATION (10%)

Discuss the following topic(s) in the forum and submit proof of your participation in the
online discussions:

1. The outlook of the world’s economy after COVID-19 pandemic

masalah-masalah makroekonomi semasa yang dihadapi oleh negara yang dipilih.
Bincangkan bagaimana negara yang dipilih menggunakan dasar-dasar makroekonomi
untuk mengurangkan masalah-masalah makroekonomi. Berikan pendapat sendiri
mengenai dasar-dasar makroekonomi yang diguna/dicadangkan oleh negara yang dipilih.
Pelajar perlu mengaplikasikan konsep-konsep ekonomi yang relevan dalam tugasan.
