Time Conditions

To create a Time Condition previously we had to have created a Time Group

For the above mentioned, you have to go to PBX→Incoming calls→Time Group

Once there, we add a Description, and we finish filling it according to the hourly needs that we want to
leave established.

Later to create a Time Condition we go to PBX→Incoming calls→Time Conditions, and here we add a code
which will allow us to alternate the time code by dialing it from the phone, additionally we add a
description, and select the Time Group that was previously created, and optionally in "Destination if Time
Matches or Not", IVR can be selected to coincide with business hours.
In case we need a time condition for a holiday, we will perform the same procedure of Create a Time
Group first and then a Time Condition.
