Step-1 : Login

Make sure that you are on

Understanding the Layout.

This is the global header which


will have controls that work on
multiple students at a time.

Each grid is for one test taker you


are going to monitor. The grid has
controls which are applicable to
the single student.

As soon as a student is ready to


take a test. You will see a View
button here.
Understanding Grid Controls

Orange color indicates they


are muted

This button is for expanding the


grid.

Media Controls:
Turn on/off student’s audio
Turn on/off student’s webcam

NOTE: Even though the proctor


stops/ mutes students video or
audio still the activities of the
students are recorded.
Understanding Grid Controls

Click on the “i” icon to see the


student information.

Click on the Close button to


close the dialog.
Click on the icon to note
important observations during
proctoring.
Select the Observation Type.

Write your observations.

Click on the Save button.

All the observations are stacked

Click on the unblock button to
unblock the student to write the
exam.
Select the reason for

If Custom reason is selected


then the you can enter any text
and then click on Unblock.

Enabling Permissions and checking Internet Speed

If the permissions were not granted, permissions


can be given by clicking on the Lock Icon on the top
left area of the browser.

Make sure that the Camera, Microphone and


Location permissions when prompted are allowed.

For video and audio proctoring alone
the system need 50 Kbps upload
speed. We suggest the examinee to
have up to 100 Kbps upload speed
for a smooth experience.
