FRONT AXLE SUSPENSION ADJUSTMENT

DESCRIPTION
If strange behaviour of the Front Axle Suspension is detected while the tractor is moving. This
movement could be the axle starts to oscillate and possibly constant activation of the
suspension (up & down) is observed.
The problem will not be detected when tractor is stationary.

ACTION
In case this behaviour occurs, DO NOT REPLACE the hydraulic block P/N 6623206A3 but
proceed according the instructions described below.

ISTRUCTIONS:
1. Check the high pressure hydraulic filter condition, ensure that it has been replaced
according to the scheduled maintenance table (see the Operator Instruction Book)

2. Verify the correct functionanlity of the potenciometer p/n 6626833A1 (item 33 below) as
indicated in the Technical Documentation.

2. Check the correct functionality of the solenoid valves YV62 and YV63, as indicated in
the Technical Documentation.

3. Check the correct functionality of the solenoid valves fitted on the hyd. block P/N
6637796A2 (item 10 below) as indicated in the Techical Documentation.

4. Make sure that the taps present on top of the solenoids P/N 6681050A1 and P/N
6681051A1 (item 4 and 3 below), must be fully closed (nuts fully UNSCREWED).

5. Perform a Calibration test by using the Diag4 in order to get the parameters indicated
below.

NOTE:

1. No any Claim will be approved, regarding the Solenoid Hyd Block replacement, without
the results of the tests indicated in the previous pages.

2. Furthermore, in the event of Claim regarding the Hyd Block replacement you must
provide the results of the tests performed in Diag4.

3. In case of a Warranty Claim for the Solenoid block replacement will be mandatory
recover the material for analyses.

4. The relevant Warranty Claim will be Suspended untill the results of the tests.
Finally will be Approved or Rejected according the outcome.
