JCJX-40H/6 退火镀锡机
Annealing and Tinning Machine

1. Usage:
40 Copper wires can be annealed and tinned in this machine at the same time. Add one room inside the
annealing can make the temperature impartial distribution.
2. Main components of the machine
Annealing stand 1 set
Annealing body（6m in length,40 heads） 1 set
Tinning machine 1 set
Both sides for double-drum 1 set
Take-up M/C with 40 heads (double-decked) 1 set

3. Major components:
3-1. The low-voltage electrical apparatus are first-level brand both at home and abroad.
3-2. Annealing and heating tube are stainless steel.
3-3. The drum are plated hard chromium processing.
4. Description of main construction
1: annealing tank system
1-1.the material of Annealing and heating tube: stainless steel
1-2.The inside of the tank adopts by stainless steel which can keep the temperature from around
1-3.The inner liner of the tank adopts the 10mm, jointing H type stainless steel
1-4.Body shell is welded by steel plate, complete annealing

2. Stand part
2-1.Stand use of H type steel or 6 steels welded together
2-2.Pay-off by tension wire
2-3.The wire from the bobbin ,after the aluminum cap assembly magnetic ring, to the bottom ， again on the
ending with some "pig tail" (magnetic quality, with a line) to the guide pulley enters the furnace body entrance.
2-4.On the stand is loaded with 40 guide wheel to help the wire go into heating stainless steel tube
2-5.Tank entrance fitted with 40 guide wheels or a rotary drum.
2-6. After the wire finish annealing, air cooling.

Tinning machine
3-1 Annealing tank is double tank design, 20 wires in one tank, double tank can be used individual.
3-2 Tank material:FC25 casting
3-3 Electricity capacity: 11kw each, totally 22kw.
3-4 Electric heating type: Tube type electric, high conductivity.
3-5 Tank temperature control: 2 pcs Temperature table 0-400℃, control the temperature both side.
3-6 Temperature of side tinning: 2 pcs K type temperature table.
3-7 Tinning tank heating and temperature control: Special high temperature quilt cover furnace body.
3-8 Tinning wire wheel: Heat sintering type alumina wheel
3-9 Tinning die: Titanium shell, outer diameter 25mmx6-10mm.(Prepare by buyer)

4. Tension control parts:

4-1 The leading device has two distributing rollers and is controlled respectively by motor.
4-2 The motor uses inverter control. That means double leadings and double inverter.
4-3 Two distributing rollers are chrome plate harden surface.

5. Take-up parts:
5-1 Traversing unit uses two motors. And the two motors are controlled by inverter. It is easy to adjust and get
good effect.
5-2The spooler is single torque motor and control separately.
5-3 Take-up box body is welded by iron board with annealing.

The machine is suitable for stranding long length and big section bare aluminum, copper, aluminum alloy,
aluminum cable steel reinforcing wires to produce power cables; sector shaped conductor; round compacted;
single core prespiralled. Reels are arranged quartering around the cages. The central shaft does not support the
weight of reels. The equipment has high rigidity, high-powered, low moment of inertia, high speed.
