- To weave

- Being able to attack with or without a weapon is important to kali,


and striking when the enemy isn’t looking is legally questionable but
probably not a terrible idea overall. However, the literal translation of
sinawali is “to weave.” It is a pattern of strikes that flows together, and
can be practiced through continuous repetitive motion. This builds
muscle memory and prepares the student to move fluidly even when
attacked.

A. What is the difference between individual and dual sports? 4points
- The difference between individual and dual sports is that individual
has only one person competing another person or solo player. One
athlete in one event. While dual sports requires two athletes to
compete as a team to win together. Just like team sports. The main
difference is the number of player.

B. What is the advantage of playing individual sports as compared to


that of team sports? 5points
- The advantage of playing individual sports is you can focus on
perfecting technique. It can also improve physical fitness and health.
Aside from that, it can also increase performance, improve strength,
and speed. Playing individual sports make you concentrate better.
