Tliis Specification covers the supply of fully welded body, (full bore/full opening) Ball
Valves with pressure. dassification of .ANSI Oass 600, generally confonning to API Sp cations
6D latest edit:ion. These Valves are required for service·onJİigh Pressure Natura) Gas Pipelines.
Valves are to be capable to tight Shut-off under all pressrire d.ifferentiaJ and fuDy fire-safe to API
6FA& BS67S5 part2 standards. Valves shall besupplied complete with wrench and hand wheel
operation through a Gear System except where specified otherwise.

proven fn natural gas service for a minimum period of three years. Bids
receiftd without fire test certfficates at the time of bid openlng shalJ not be

15.2 The manufacturer ııiust have.API accreditatioıi to use offidal API mooogram to
maİıufacture valves in aa:ordance with the requirements of API 6D. A ·

openfng, must be submftted at the time of bld openlng..Bids received Y4thout
requlred API certificates w1ll not be entertained and would staiıd rejected..
