Paint all steel works in school using approved epoxy paint, including
cleaning and removing the rusting ( it should be applied one coat of

Maintenance of all expansion joints inschool - including removing and


replaceing the existing concrete coping (with the block work) as per

direction and approval of engineer.

Removal of the existing water proof layer for (2) toilts at first floor as per
the attached drawings, then supply and laying of a new water proof layer
with five years warranty from specialist company according the general
spesifications, with all necessary civil works (removing the finishing layer,
excavation, backfilling, compaction, supply and laying new finishing layers
as per approval of engineer). the work includes replacement of internal

Remove and rplace all Existing water network in school, from the source to
the roof water tanks, and and from the roof water tanks to cooler rooms
and toilets and the other facilities/building in school, with new approval
one Coprex, and cover external pipes using approval insulation layer,

Check and mainten all existing external drainage system in school from
start of drainage to holding tanks and soak pits , and rectify any
blockage, with replacing the damage pipes and accessories with new
approved one UPVC- Omani with Cleaning and suction of all existing
