    Receptionist: Hi, welcome to the “Smart Hotel”. May I help you?


    Customer: Hi, I would like to book a room for tonight.
    Receptionist: What´s your name and surname please?
    Customer: Darla Tutasi
    Receptionist: Would you like a single or a double room?
    Customer: a double room for 2, please.
    Receptionist: Smoking or non smoking?
    Customer: Non-smoking, please.
    Receptionist: How many nights will you stay?
    Customer: 3 nights.
    Receptionist: All right, so….from 7 to 10 march. Would you like to have breakfast at the hotel?
    Customer: yes please.
    Receptionist: It´ll be $250. How will you be paying?
    Customer: I will be paying with a Mastercard
    Receptionist: All right. Here´s your key. Your room number is 389. On the 3rd floor. Do you need
    anything else?
    Customer: Yes please, I have last my umbrela , could I borrow one from the hotel?
    Receptionist: Of course, here we are.
