[Cravings at Eddie’s] is a full-service restaurant established in [Oregon City]. It serves both local
and multinational cuisine to residents and tourists alike. The rise of [Portland] as one of the ma-
jor "foodie cities" in the country, pushed the business to purchase a [5,000-square-foot] land in
[Downtown Portland] and searched for the most reliable local contractor. The restaurant is
planning to hold its grand opening event on [New Year’s Day 2020].

In response to the above request, [Crystal Build Construction] proposes to direct and manage
the restaurant expansion project from permit applications to the facility construction. With its
record of successful construction projects since its founding in [1990], the company is confident
in its capabilities to complete this venture within the given timeline. For a total budget of
[$4,372,500], [Crystal Build Construction] assures that the project will be fully completed ac-
cording to the specifications.

Scope of Work
[Crystal Build Construction] proposes to conduct and manage the construction of a [Cravings at
Eddie’s] branch on the latter’s newly-purchased [5,000-square-foot] land at [719 Southwest
Morrison Street, Portland, OR 97205]. With a total budget of [$4,372,500], this project is ex-
pected to be completed within five months starting next week, [August 7, 2019], and will be
opened to the public next year on New Year’s Day, as per the client’s request.

tively select restaurant furniture, fixtures, and
equipment

pany will participate in the event planning, organization, and preparation of the opening of the
restaurant. In addition, the company shall not be obliged to provide post-construction mainte-
nance procedures for the succeeding time periods.
