of the curriculum to be
developed. Curriculum
development team members
should have been identified, their
strengths should be assessed to
determine if members of the
team have the expertise and skills
required to create the curriculum.
The very important part
of curriculum implementation is
that the teacher
should consider carefully the
order in which learning targets
should be learnt. Curriculum
expert must learn what works
and what does not and
determines the impact of
the curriculum on learners after it
is implemented. What does not
work for now may work later with
different learners and different
schools division because of their
localized context. It may be
difficult, but try to meet
occasionally with other teachers
to discuss the content.
