Executive summary:
The environment is still in dire need, pollution is still a bigger problem, and something needs to
be reduced and eventually cleared at the same time. Every year, the world has been deteriorating
in beauty, cleanliness and sustainability which is having a massive impact not only on plants and
animals but also unknowingly humans too. Due to pollution, not only are people making the world
an unsafe place to live but it also contributes to the rising number of sick people in the world due
to unhealthy polluted community is.
Moving on, it is important that we have a sufficient workforce and materials to carry out the
project. Humanity is racing against time and its growing problems and liabilities are thus our
biggest adversary in this project. If we do not finish it ahead of time, it will set a bad reputation
for us. Our group strives for the betterment of the environment through means of awareness,
cleaning, and engagement of the community. It is our main responsibility to reduce water pollution
by cleaning the shores and waterways such as the river and beach surrounding us. As water
pollution decreases, it will have a direct effect on water quality, waste management, and tourism
thus improving the overall condition of the community.
A business aimed to help clean the environment, its goal is to have a suitable cleaning service to
clean environments such as the beach and oceans. It also is the place where an exclusive product
is to be shown and eventually sold that can be useful in your everyday environmental-related
activities. By bringing the people and community together, the business can become a successful
company in its contribution to making the beaches and water bodies a cleaner area again.
Product:
An innovation from the business, the Multi headed cleaning tool is an all-in-one tool that contains
the environmental cleaning tools that everyone needs.
Service:
In addition, a cleaning service group will bring out the task of cleaning the polluted area as
requested by the owner of the lot or area.

Lian Batangas. It is located near the beach where the problem has started, meaning that it will be
the main area of focus. In the surrounding area, the main objective is to clean what is polluted. We
will focus on the area that is heavily polluted, most specifically, the area between the river and sea.
Business Operation:
The business operating hours will be from 7:00AM – 5:00PM every day. During operational hours,
the workers will have to come in appropriate clothing and the product will be distributed to the

Organizational Chart:

Product Description:
The 5-in-1 cleaning tool is a tool that serves as a package of everyday tools that you can use for
different environmental services. In the kit, there are 5 tools in the which contain the shovel, the
rake, the beach Rasco tool, the net and a new original which is like a shovel but with the Rasco
tool net shaped like a shovel. A process of this toolkit is that whenever you need to buy an
environmental tool without spending much money is that the buyer can get the cleaning tool
without spending more money on separate tool found in the tool kit. Whenever the tool needs
transportation, the customer will need to bring a duffel bag that can fit the kit. This kit is
exclusively to the service wherein the workers during their work will demonstrate how the tool
will be used so that the onlookers can buy the product and try it for themselves to feel the
experience.

On the side note, although this tool is expensive the brighter side is that this is a cost saving tool
because it is not needed to go to another tool shop to buy individual tools and instead the tools like
a shovel and rake are already available in the kit.

SWOT& Industry Analysis

Strength:
- The business’ product is a beach multi-purpose cleaning tool that has 5 detachable heads (net,
shovel, rake, beach cleaning Rasco tool, and team’s own concept of shovel) which is unique
compared to other cleaning tools present in the community (San Diego Lian Batangas).
- There are no other cleaning services around the community and area. We can sell our service to
resort owners struggling from improper waste management and sell our service in other parts of
Batangas where there is more garbage like Calatagan. There was no other cleaning service like
ours when we were scouring on the internet.
- The group planned a product and a cleaning service alongside one another. This allows the
business to tackle two markets at once that coincides with one another with the single focus still
around cleaning.
Weakness:
- The business lack materials required for the production of products.
- Our weakness would be that there are people who clean their own trash on the shore. And when
it is in the dry seasons from January to May. There is a diminutive amount of trash circulating in
those seasons. But when it is in the rainy seasons which is like half of the year, a lot of trash is
coming in on the shores.
- Another issue the business may face is striking the balance of having just the right number of
employees so that we do not have to give too much salary to many people, while still having just
enough workforce to provide our services.
Opportunity:
- Aside from beaches, It is a tool that can be used in every cleaning service without bringing one
tool. With every idea comes new heads to add to the tool
- The business will use social media for the promotion and advertisement of the product.
- There are no other cleaning services that are readily available to dispense. There is no cleaning
service in the area or community that is effective in reducing water pollution.
- This business is also customer service, meaning our clients can refer to other communities in
Batangas or other parts of Batangas, thus allowing us to have more clients and connections.
- Batangas is the perfect area for business. It is said to be a polluted area which only plays into
the idea of the focus of our business being a cleaning service and product. This will allow our
business to appeal to most of the masses in the area.
Threat/s:
- Questionable
- There could be economic inflation during the pandemic that could affect the prices of the
materials needed for the product. And the expenses the business has topay.
- There is no competitors in terms of cleaning service, however, there are many competitors in
terms of the business’ product that has the same idea but different concepts.
- Bad reviews in social media regarding about the product's effectiveness could affect both the
reputation and profits for the business.
- The government may intervene on our business, they could host government funded cleaning
parties that would then compete with our business cleaning service which can take away from our
service share.
