• स्वयं पोर्ट ल भारत सरकार के मानव संसाधन ववकास मंत्रालय
(Ministry of Human Resource Development यानन MHRD) और
अखिल भारतीय तकनीकक शिक्षा पररषद (All India Council for
Technical Education यानन AICTE) द्वारा Microsoft की मदद से तैयार
ककया गया एक Online Education Portal है।
• SWAYAM is an online education portal created by the Ministry of
Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India and
All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) with the help of
Microsoft.
• “स्वयं” Online Education Portal की घोषणा 1 फरवरी, 2017 को पेि
आम बजर् में भारत सरकार द्वारा की गई थी। जजसको 9 जुलाई,
2017 को तत्कालीन राष्ट्रपनत माननीय प्रणव मि ु जी ने लोंच ककया।

• The “SWAYAM" Online Education Portal was announced by the

Government of India in the General Budget presented on 1 February
2017. Which was launched by the then President Honorable Pranab
Mukherjee on 9 July 2017

ददन, जब, जहााँ, कोई भी ववद्याथी पढाई कर सकता है l सभी भारतीय

कोसेज SWAYAM Platform पर मुफ्त उपलब्ध हैं ।

• SWAYAM is a platform from where 24 hours, seven days a week,

when, where, any student can study. All courses from 9th class to
post graduation are available free for all Indian students on the
SWAYAM platform.
• SWAYAM का यह प्लेर्फामट भारत सरकार के मानव संसाधन ववकास ववभाग
(MHRD) और अखिल भारतीय तकनीकक शिक्षा पररषद् (AICTE) के द्वारा
ववकशसत ककया गया है।
• This platform of SWAYAM has been developed by the Human Resource
Development Department (MHRD) and All India Council for Technical
Education (AICTE), Government of India.
• यह SWAYAM Platform सॉफ्र्वेयर क्षेत्र के ददग्गज कम्पनी MICROSOFT की
मदद से तैयार ककया गया है , जो अभी वतटमान में 2000 Courses को Host
कर रहा है।
• The SWAYAM Platform has been created with the help of software giant
MICROSOFT, which is currently hosting 2000 Courses.
• स्वयं एक ऑनलाईन लननिंग पोर्ट ल है | जो ववद्याथीयों के शलए
ननिुल्क है | इशसलए स्वयं पोर्ट ल पर उपलब्ध कोसट भी ननिुल्क है।
• Itself is an online learning portal. Which is free for students.
Therefore the course available on the portal itself is also free.
• इस पर 9वीं कक्षा से लेकर स्नाकोत्तर (Post Graduation) तक के कोसट
उपलब्ध है।
• Courses from 9th grade to Post Graduation are available on this.

उद्देश्य से बनाया गया है | SWAYAM has been created with the

appointed as Co – Ordinators for SWAYAM courses:-
• AICTE – अंतराटष्ट्रीय कोरस के शलए (For International Course)
• NPTEL - इंजीननयररंग कोसट के शलए (For Engineering Course )
• UGC - गैर-तकनीक और पोस्र्ग्रेजए ु िन के शलए (for Non- techinal
and Post graduation)
• CEC - अंिर ग्रेजएु िन के शलए (for Undergraduate)
• NCERT – ववद्यालय शिक्षा के शलए (For School Education)
• NIOS - ववद्यालयी शिक्षा के शलए (Schooling for Education)
• IGNOU- ववद्यालय से बाहर के छात्रों की शिक्षा के शलए (For the
education of out-of-school students)
• IIMB - प्रबंधन शिक्षण के शलए (for Management Education)
• NITTTR - र्ीचर रे ननंग प्रोग्राम के शलए (Teacher Training Program)

• SWAYAM PRABHA 32 DTH चैनलों का एक समह ू है , जजसमें GSAT-15

उपग्रह का उपयोग करके 24X7 आधार पर उच्च गण ु वत्ता वाले िैक्षक्षक
कायटक्रमों का प्रसारण ककया जाता है। प्रत्येक ददन, कम से कम 4 घंर्े
के शलए नई सामाग्री प्रकाशित ककया और उसे एक ददन में 5 बार
दोहराई जाती है , ताकक छात्रों को अपनी सवु वधा का समय चन ु ने में
स्वतंत्रता शमले।
• SWAYAM PRABHA is a group of 32 DTH channels broadcasting high
quality educational programs on a 24X7 basis using GSAT-15
satellite. Each day, new content is published for at least 4 hours and
is repeated 5 times a day, so that students have the freedom to
choose the time of their convenience.
 Important Facts
• स्वयं प्रभा 32 DTH चैनेलों का एक समह ू है। Swayamprabha is a
group of 32 DTH channels.
• जजसमें G-15 सैर्ेलाइर् का उपयोग कर 24*7 के आधार पर िैक्षखणक
कायटक्रम प्रकाशित ककए जाते हैं । In which educational programs are
published on 24 * 7 basis using G-15 satellite.
• ददन में कम से कम 4 घंर्ा नई सामाग्री प्रकािन ककया जाता है।
New content is published at least 4 hours a day.
• उस नई सामग्री को ददन में 5 बार दोहराया जाता है स्र्ुिट्ें स को
समय चन ु ने का अवसर शमले। The new material is repeated 5 times a
day so that students have the opportunity to choose the time.
: NOTE- SWAYAM Prabha के शलए कुल 32 र्ीवी चैनल है और यह
Channels कवल DD फ्री डिि और DISH र्ीवी पर ही उपलब्ध है।
SWAYAM Prabha channels TATA Sky, AIRTEL या Videocon DTH service
Providers पर उपलब्ध नहीं है ।
• There are a total of 32 TV channels for SWAYAM Prabha, and this
Channels is only available on DD Free Dish and DISH TV. SWAYAM
Prabha channels are not available on TATA Sky, AIRTEL or Videocon
DTH service Providers.

• MOOCs अथाटत Massive Open Online Course आधनु नक डिजजर्ल
दनु नया का एक बेहतरीन िैक्षक्षक कायटक्रम है। यह ऑनलाइन internet
के जररए दरु स्थ शिक्षण (Distance Education) का एक माध्यम है,
जहााँ बबना ककसी बाध्यता के, बबना ककसी सीमा के, दनु नया में कहीं
भी, ककसी भी समय बड़े पैमाने पर शिक्षण हाशसल ककया जा सकता
है।
• • Introduction Introdution MOOCs ie Massive Open Online Course is
one of the best educational programs in the modern digital world. It
is a medium of distance education through online internet, where
mass education can be achieved at any time, anywhere in the world,
without any limitation, without any compulsion.
 History
• कनेजक्र्ववज्म(Connectivism) और कनेजक्र्व (Connective) नॉलेज के
नाम से 2006 तक MOOCs को जाना जाता था। Until 2006, MOOCs
were known as Connectivism and Connective Knowledge.

2008 में यनू नवशसटर्ी ऑफ वप्रंस एिविट के Prof. Dave Cromier ने

पहली बार MOOCs िब्द ददया । MOOCs को ही CCK08 भी कहा जाता
है। In 2008 the University of Prince Edward's Prof. Dave Cromier first
coined the term MOOCs. MOOCs are also called CCK08.

• न्ययू ॉकट र्ाइम्स द्वारा 2012 में MOOCs वषट मनाया गया, तभी यह
िब्द सबसे ज्यादा पॉपुलर हो गया। MOOCs वषट मनाए जाने का
कारण था - Udacity, EDX जैसे फेमस कंपनी का MOOCs के साथ
जड़ु ना, जो आज के तारीि में MOOCs का सबसे बड़ा सदस्य में से
एक है।
• MOOCs was celebrated by the New York Times in 2012, when the
term became most popular. The reason for celebrating MOOCs was
the year - the addition of a famous company like Udacity, EDX to
MOOCs, which is one of the largest members of MOOCs to date.

MOOCs के सामने समस्याएं और चुनौनतयां
Problems and challenges faced by MOOCs
• अध्येता शिक्षक के ऊपर ननभटर हो जाता है। Fellows depend on the
teacher.
• र्े क्नोलॉजी की जानकारी होना चादहए अध्येता को, अन्यथा वह इसका
लाभ नहीं ले सकते हैं । The student should know the technology,
otherwise he cannot take advantage of it.
• अध्येता को िुद के ऊपर ननयंत्रण रिना होता है। Fellows have to
