ORAL PRESENTATION 2º ESO A (2nd term)

TOPIC: “A TRAVEL DESTINATION”

 Tell the teacher and the other mates WHAT TRAVEL

DESTINATION you choose as soon as possible (by using
the ENGLISH FORUM 2º A on Moodle). When a student
chooses a place, that place cannot be chosen by
another student.
 Maximum time for the presentation: 2 minutes per person.
 You can use A SLIDE OR VIDEO PRESENTATION, apart from photos or any
additional material to help you describe that person’s life and
achievements.
 Suggested tools to prepare a digital presentation:
o PowerPoint
o LibreOffice Impress

 DATES: presentations will take place in class on February 18th. You can talk
in class or film yourself in advance.
 Digital material (file, video, web links…) should be uploaded on Moodle by
18:00 h., February 17th.
 Follow the model of the text on SB, page 40, and watch a MODEL
PRESENTATION the teacher has made for you:

 Include (at least) the following information:
- Name of the place, and where it is.
- A description of the place.
- Things to see and do.
- General information.
- Your opinion
- Other (interesting / curious) information.
 You can include short videos (in English).
 IMPORTANT: use adjectives studied in UNIT 3.
 REMEMBER: The mark for this activity is part of the mark for TESTS this
term!
