NATIONAL SERVICE TRAINING PROGRAM
1.1 PURPOSE

1.3 TERMINOLOGY
(a) National Service Training Program(NSTP)’ is a program aimed at
enhancing civic consciousness and defense preparedness in the
youth as they undergo training in any of its three(3) program
components.

(d) “Civic Welfare Training Service” is a program that motivates
students to contribute to the general welfare of the members of the
community focusing on the improvement of health, education,
environment, entrepreneurship, safety, recreation and morals of the
citizenry.
2.0 RESPONSIBILITY
NSTP DIRECTOR
Leads in the formulation and implementation of the NSTP policies, rules,
standards and basic procedure in the school in coordination to the Office of
Student Affairs and Services.
Coordinates, monitors, and reviews the School NSTP activities and proper
implementation of the program.
Coordinate with school officials on NSTP issues for the smooth execution of
the Program subject to final action and approval.
Establish internal and external links to assist the program in its operation.
ROTC/CWTS/LTS COORDINATOR
Plan, coordinate, organize, implement, monitor and evaluate ROTC, CWTS
and LTS activities.
Coordinate closely with the NSTP Director for smooth implementation of the
program.
Coordinate with other agencies for possible assistance needed for ROTC,
CWTS and LTS projects.
Submit consolidated ROTC, CWTS and LTS reports to the NSTP Director for
monitoring and evaluation purposes.
Communicates with his or her coordinator and Dean for consultation and
clarifications on new programs or activities
ROTC COMMANDANT
Plans, coordinates, organize implements, supervise and evaluate ROTC
activities.
Coordinates closely with the ROTC Coordinator and NSTP Director for
smooth implementation of ROTC projects and activities.
Coordinates with other agencies for possible assistance for ROTC projects
