Course title: National Services Training Program-Civic Welfare Training Services (NSP-CWTS)
Course description: the National Services Training Program –Civic welfare Training Services (NSTP/CWTS) is designed to teach the students to galvanized &
transform the lives for betterment of the youth in terms of their acquired knowledge and skills, proper values as well as direction in life. And also a
development geared towards the inculcation of the true ideals of leadership and community services.

VMC ACFI Philosophy: VMC Asian College Foundation Inc. looks at justice and economic equity as cornerstone for human development and recognized the
potentials of children and youths who needs social intervention to be able to actively participate in and benefit from the socio-economic development of
Mindanao.
Vision: By 2024, VMC Asian College Foundation Inc. shall be center for holistic development of World-class human resources through the provisions of
value-laden quality trainings and excellent educational programs in Region XII.
Mission: VMC Asian College Foundation Inc., shall produce highly skilled, morally upright and globally competitive graduates who can contribute to nation-
building through the provision of quality skills training and relevant education, vigorous research and development activities, updated facilities,functional
staff development programs and effective college governance.
Goals: to attain the above vision and mission, the following goals shall be pursued:
a. Offer curricular programs,technical/vocational and professional, that are relevant and responsive to the needs of time.
b. Enhance research and development capability to harness the intellectual capability and creativity of the faculty and students
c. Enhance human resource development to hone and upgrade the competence skills of the faculty and staff in instruction,research,extention,and
production.
d. Strengthen college-community-industry relations for functional linkages towards greater productivity and efficiency; and
e. Pursue effective college governance to ascertain that the school moves towards and attained its vision as center of holistic development of human
resources.
