Situating Learning: One of the premier lodging in your area is announcing that they are on hiring housekeeping personnel since the Smile Festival is up-coming. Tourist
arrival is increasing and the manager wants additional employee to address the needs. But he needs a knowledgeable person to handle housekeeping
and also can address different guest needs.

The manager emphases that the applicant must pass the following criteria:

 Can handle guest request with in the time frame


 Address the guest request as desired
 Give polite and informative response to guest questions, and
 Know when and where different hospitality services are.
Upon hiring the new employee, the manager want to insure that he/she must possess all the qualification needs that will help to provide excellent
housekeeping service to their guest.
