CONTENT STANDARD W 4.1 Form letters and words in neat legible print.
LEARNING STANDARD R 3.1 Recognise words in linear and non-linear texts by using knowledge
of sounds of letters.
TYPE OF ASSESSMENT OBSERVATION
By the end of this lesson, pupils will be able to :
1. Write at least fifteen correct words in spaces provided based on the

2. Read aloud at least twenty words with the above stated sounds.
SET INDUCTION PRE LESSON
1. Pupils say out the sounds that they have learnt in previous
lessons.
2. Pupils also say out few words with those sounds as to recall their
previous lessons.
