1. With what assertions in the article you have just read do you agree or disagree? Cite one example in each side

Answer: I agreed with the statement " alot remains to be done" according to my experience there are schools provide ICT
related courses in senior high school but lack of computers required for teaching and learning process. The government
and the department of education should solve this issue in order to give students a high quality of education. On the other
hand, I completely disagree with the statement of " gadgets are irrelevant in measuring the quality of education a school
offers". Today's education requires alot of technology. For example in today's pandemic since we don't have a face to face
classes and if we don't integrate technology in education, we won't be able to provide quality education amidst of
pandemic.

Answer : The best thing future educators can do to ensure that educational technology in the Philippines continues to thrive
is to use technology effectively during the teaching and learning processes. Second, school administrators should continue
to encourage educational technology by providing adequate computers and other technical gadgets for use in the teaching
and learning process. Finally, we should be aware of the many government programs and seize the opportunity they
provide for educational technology. When it comes to government, the government should continue to develop and
implement initiatives that help to improve our educational technology, such as offering free computers and other technical
gadgets in public schools, particularly those that offer science and technology courses.

elementary, high school and college.

How Technology Influenced My Life as a Learner

Elementary: During elementary days I don't have that enough experience about technology since our school don't have the
access of Internet connection. I could hear some students telling about Google and they said that Google provide answers
and all you have to do is to type your questions or words that needs to be answered . We just wanted to try but since our
place don't have that signals and Internet we have to travel to get some access of Internet just to try that said Google.
During my elementary days we just keep on relying to our teachers, books and dictionary searching for words to know what
does it mean.

High School: During high school technology was slowly influencing me since our school has computer laboratories and
since I'm taking up techvoc during high school there are subjects that related to computers and there I start to learned and
used Microsoft.

College: During college technology has helped me alot especially during this time of pandemic. I choose online modality
and mobile phone helped me alot most especially when we do video editing for our demonstration.

How will I use Technology When I become a Teacher

Answer : when I become a teacher someday, I plan to used technology to enhance my teaching and increase
students involvement. I use technology to give a nice presentation during my class discussion. Just like for
example showing videos on how to bake cookies, cakes and cup cakes. Using technology to educate my students
will assist me in creating a learning atmosphere that is conducive to outstanding teaching and learning.

How can technology be used most effectively in the various fields of specialization to support and assess student

Answer: I believe that educational technology has been properly incorporated in our school since we have subjects
about educational technology that teach students about the usage of technology in education. Second, we have
computer laboratories that are available for use at any time if we are conducting educational technology-related
activities. Finally, our lecturer employs laptop computers and a projector during classroom discussions. However, in
order to increase educational technology in our school, the school management should construct computer
laboratories as well as more computer units because the computer laboratories cannot always accommodate all of
the students who want to use them.
