I. Summary

The Webinar entitled “Status Check: Assessing Career Skills Sets in Molding aspiring

Heroes” organized by Polytechnic University of the Philippines. the primary speaker, Ms.

Doreen Cooper discuss about the Unleashing our Potential: Building better Skills. The

important during this journey is that we've a concept in life. to possess an improved

skills/potential or to create our potential is to own someone that inspires us for us to stay

in our goal. And in Unleashing our potential there are 2 kinds/types to understand what

our potentials is. So, Ms. Doreen send us a QR Code that led us to a quiz. That quiz gives

us a matter to work out if we've a growth mindset or fixed mindset. So, for a few those

who get the result as Growth Mindset, it's nation who always says, “I can do this” “This

need my time or effort” “I can learn from negative feedback” “I prefer to try new things”.

In simple explanations, persons who have growth mindset features a positive thought.

While in fixed mindset, it's nation who always says “I can’t do this” “This should be fine”

“I quit. this can be too hard” “Negative feedback is hurtful and personal” “O don’t prefer it

when others succeed” “I stich to what I know”. In simple explanations, it's the people that

has negative thoughts. i need to share my result. The result I buy is Growth Mindset. It

says that having a growth mindset could be a hug benefit in life, so confirm you retain it

up. So, the items i would like to try and do is to make daily reminders for myself of the

positive effects of my mind. And help myself even more by helping others whenever I can,

to feel more positive about any challenges they’re facing. so is growth mindset and fixed

mindset.
