Course Description:
Human Resource Management can be defined as the effective use of human capital in an
organization through the management of people-related activities. Topics include leadership,
values, employment planning, recruiting and selecting employees, training and compensating
them, and evaluating their performance.
Human capital. It’s a term that speaks volumes about modern business. In just two words it
embodies an entire economic worldview that looks upon employees as a resource to be
utilized, whilst corporations vie to command their unfair share of their respective markets.
