1.0 PURPOSE: To establish, implement and maintain a documented procedure for controlling monitoring and measuring equipment
to ensure accuracy in decisions made with respect to measurement requirements.
2.0 SCOPE: All the monitoring and measuring equipments used for product verification / testing purposes including key process
monitoring equipment.
3.0 RESPONSIBILITY: HOD QA is overall responsible for implementation of this procedure. He is assisted by QA Engineer for
calibration activities.

Send user equipment for calibration or make arrangements for calibration

Receive Calibration Certificate along with Calibrated Instruments with

Status Stickers. Review for errors observed.
